• One-component, moisture-curing polyurethane marine adhesive & sealant from Sika's Sikaflex line (Sikaflex-291), MPN 90923, Black, 300 ml (10.3 oz) cartridge.
• Bonds a wide variety of substrates common in marine construction, including wood, metals, metal primers, paint coatings, ceramics and GRP/plastics.
• Cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture; skin time ~60 min and open time ~45 min at 23 °C/50% r.h.
• Elastic, vibration-resistant joint seal with good aging and weathering resistance; Shore A hardness of 40 and 500% elongation at break.
• Resistant to fresh water, seawater, diluted acids and diluted caustic solutions; temporarily resistant to fuels, mineral oils, and vegetable/animal fats and oils.
• Can be over-painted and sanded once fully cured; low odor and non-corrosive formula.
• Do not use on stress-crack-prone plastics such as Plexiglas or polycarbonate.
