Replace a worn or corroded stern light with this Sea-Dog Stainless Steel Stern Light, a classic dome-style navigation light built for durability on the water. The housing is constructed of corrosion-resistant stamped 304 stainless steel, giving it a polished, high-shine finish that stands up to salt spray and marine exposure far better than plastic alternatives. This fixture is designed specifically as a replacement for existing lighting installations, matching the footprint and mounting pattern of traditional stern lights found on many boats.

The light features a 135° visibility arc with a clear lens, delivering the wide-angle stern illumination boats need to be seen from behind at night. It installs quickly using three #4 round-head fasteners (not included) through the pre-drilled mounting base, making it a straightforward swap for existing stern light housings. Note that this is a traditional incandescent-style fixture (not LED), intended to meet the earlier 1997 USCG 33 CFR/ABYC A-16 navigation light standard rather than the newer 2016 standard.
