The Scandvik E-500 is a heavy-duty, surface-mounted LED engine room light built to deliver bright, even illumination in engine compartments, bilges, and other work areas aboard boats. Its multi-voltage design accepts 12V and 24V DC systems (10-30V), making it a versatile fixture for virtually any marine electrical setup. The impact-resistant polycarbonate lens protects the 50 SMD LEDs inside while allowing wiring to exit straight back through the mounting surface or be routed out the side through the end cap for flexible installation.

Producing a powerful output comparable to a 220W incandescent bulb, the E-500 draws only a small amount of current while flooding dark engine spaces with crisp, cool white light. Its low-profile, slim housing with rounded ends and a wide 180° beam angle allows multiple units to be installed side by side to eliminate shadows and dark spots, giving technicians and boat owners a clear, well-lit view for maintenance and inspection work.
