Its white translucent globe with black plastic top provides 2-mile (USCG 2nm) visibility from any angle, even when the globe isn't perfectly horizontal, while also casting a soft glow for limited cockpit illumination. The pole locks into an upright position with a convenient locking collar and telescopes down into its base for easy stowing when not underway.

Constructed with a chrome-plated zinc alloy base and a 3/4" diameter anodized aluminum pole, this light combines durability with the corrosion resistance boaters expect from marine-grade hardware.
