Instead of mechanical toggles or aging capacitive touch pads, the TouchDome uses Lumitec's proprietary Optical Field Sense technology to detect a simple finger touch through the polycarbonate lens — letting you turn the light on/off, switch between white and red output, and dim to your preferred brightness, even with wet hands or gloves on.
