Hella Marine's 8504 Series combines a 3-nautical-mile halogen masthead navigation lamp and a powerful deck floodlight into one rugged, black polymer housing. This dual-function fixture is designed to be mounted on the mast, giving cruisers and sailors a single, compact unit that handles both COLREG-compliant steaming light duty and bright work-deck illumination without needing two separate fixtures taking up space on the spar.

Built for vessels under 20 meters, the unit uses Hella's 'Free Form' reflector technology in the floodlight for wide, even light spread, while the glass lens on the masthead section is bonded directly to the reflector for excellent resistance to dust and moisture intrusion. The housing's mounting arms flex to conform to a range of mast profiles, and the masthead lamp and floodlight are wired independently so each can be switched separately from the helm.
