- Digital Yacht GPS160F is a QuadNav GNSS sensor (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou) designed as a drop-in replacement for legacy Furuno positioning sensors.
- Outputs legacy NMEA 0183 sentences and data formats compatible with older Furuno plotters, radars and sounders (e.g. GP310, GP320, NavNet, VX2, M1735, GP7000, FCV series).
- Ultra-low power draw of under 20mA at 12V DC, simple 4-wire installation, and works straight out of the box.
- Supplied with a 10-metre cable and a dedicated user manual covering Furuno interfacing.
- Configurable via internal DIP switches for multiple NMEA output formats, datum information, and baud rates (4800/38400/115200).
- Refined anti-spoofing algorithm improves position reliability and interference rejection.
- Typical position accuracy better than 1 metre with update rates up to 18Hz for smoother plotter tracking.
- Solves GPS week-rollover failures common in older Furuno sensors, offering an economical, reliable fix.
