- Genuine Balmar APM-48 Alternator Protection Module engineered for 48V charging systems.
- Solid-state protection mounted at the rear of the alternator between the B+ and B- terminals.
- Guards against voltage spikes from lithium battery BMS disconnects, solenoids, combiners, starters and other motors.
- Compatible with all alternator brands, not limited to Balmar alternators.
- Meets ISO 16750-2 (load-dump surge), ISO 7637-2 (surge capability), SAE J1171 (ignition protection) and ASTM B117 (salt spray/fog) standards.
- Built-in LED/audible fault indicator: green LED shows active protection, red LED or beep signals failure and need for replacement.
